Artist's Description
The breadfruit is a staple of the Puerto Rican cuisine. It plays well with any other fruit, vegetable, meat... you name it. It doesn't skip a beat. So does this debonair "jibaro" when he plays that mean "guiro". His masterful syncopation is divine. Say it. He plays it. His watchful eyes keeping up with the pace of all the other instruments. He's singing. He improvises like there's no tomorrow. He's not just "el guirero". He's el Trovador de la Pana.
